The PROCESS...

This is what the process looks like  from first inquiry  to Gothcha Day   ...

1.     INQUIRE     -    Please   email, call, or text anytime.    I check my  voicemails last.

 2.    RESPONSE TIME    -    I often respond quickly even within minutes, but please give

24  hours for a  reply.

3.    PHONE CALL     -     I require an initial phone call prior to taking any deposit or

placing   a family on a waitlist.    During this call I like to   learn more about you and your

puppy   quest.    I will  generously share various details about our puppy practices  and

answer  all of your questions!

Together we will decide which type of Cavapoo  best suites

you and  which   waitlist or waitlists to get you on based on your  preferences for:

Timing, Size, Gender, Coat Type

4.    DEPOSIT -   I ask a $200 deposit which applies to the price.    You will receive an

invoice   to your email   which  can be conveniently paid directly through the link.

Your deposit is transferable to any future puppy that is available  as long as keeping in

good   communication with me.      *Non-refundable if removing altogether on your   own.

5.    PROFILE FORM - Unlike an application, I ask you to fill out a  short form with

your preferences and family details for me to   refer to.     (  IMPLEMENTING SOON )

6.     GENETIC HEALTH GUARENTEE   ACKNOWLEDGEMANT -    I offer a generous health

guarantee compared to most breeders, but do have two conditions.      I ask you to

acknowledge the   conditions of the guarantee .   ( IMPLEMENTING SOON )

 GENETIC HEALTH GUARENTEE  :

If your dog develops a genetic condition during the chosen timeframe of guarentee

and your veterinarian states in writing that it is from the parent dogs,

you will receive a full refund and  KEEP puppy.

TWO CONDITIONS:

1.   Keep puppy on daily NuVet multivitamin until 1 year old. -  2    Year Guarantee

Keep puppy on daily Nuvet multivitamin until 2 yrs old. - 4 Year Guarantee

2.   WAIT UNTIL 1 YEAR OLD to SPAY / NUETER

*Must provide me full access to your pet's vet files.

7.     TIMING AGREEMENT -    I do my best to plan breeding litters and also

communicate with each family.    I ask that you agree to have a flexible schedule and be

ready to pick up puppy within a responsible time.

~  All puppies go home NO EARLIER than 8 weeks old.

~  My hand raised puppies sized medium and large go home at  8 weeks.

~  Small minis need to stay with me until 3lbs which could mean 9 - 10wks  old.

~  My partner breeder puppies go home at 10 weeks after crate training 8-10 weeks.

For each of these scenarios  I allow up to 7 days flexibility.    Any time beyond the 7 days

flex period is  $30 a day.

Any additional time needed must   be agreed upon well in advance or  else a $200 convenience

fee will be applied.    You are welcome to postpone to a future litter that meets your change

in timing plans.  Life happens.  I will do my best to place you as high as possible, but I

can't   simply bump  you ahead  of others previously placed on a list.    Happily, often people

do  remove off  of  waitlists for various reasons  and then you would move up a spot.

7.    PREPARING FOR PUPPY - Once I have a deposit and  your full contact

information, I will send you two Welcome   emails within 24 hours full of helpful get

ready for puppy information.    Things like Gear Shopping Lists with clickable links to

Amazon....puppy schedule, raw food info and more!    I 'll also send text links chocked

full of helpful information including dog training videos!!!

7.    UPDATES - I will place you on a group text if joining a waitlist.     I will  notify you

when     Momma dog gets pregnant with an approx. due date and also  GO HOME DATE.

8.    UPDATES - I will provide updates via group texts periodically starting at the

birth, then at intervals:   1.5 weeks, 3 weeks,  5 weeks, and 6 weeks old.     6 weeks is when I

provide the forever Estimates Size   (within a 3 lb range).

Between 5   - 7   weeks is when I am   actively engaging all families in helping choose the   right

puppy.    I   use   Live Zoom meets to   entertain long distant "visits".

Partner Breeder puppies  vary from the previous schedule as follows :

One sometime  from birth - 6 weeks. One at 6 weeks with size estimates, 8 weeks.

9.     CHOOSING PUPPY  -    Between 5 - 7 weeks is the time period when visits are

welcome.  The families at the top of a waitlist either 1st, 2nd or 3rd spots, are kindly

asked  to plan their visit earlier than later as courtesy to others on the list.    Zooms are

a great way to visit the puppies remotely for those who can't travel.    I actively engage

all families on the list during this time until official pick date right at week 7.    I am

always  amazed at this process and often feel like I am in the back seat     watching

things come together as if providence  plays the  primary    role  despite my efforts.

10.    GOTCHA DAY    -    IF     YOU LIVE TWO or more hours away from my home  I'm happy

to meet you one hour out to save travel time.    For EAST OF ME the most often

meeting spot is CHICOPEE MA near Springfield MA just off of I90, easy on and off exit.

11.    TRANSITION HOME -   I'm happy to assist you in the immediate transition

days, so please feel free to contact me for help or advice.    I enjoy   receiving future updates

and pictures as your puppy grows!

During the  phone call I will ask:
